The 97th Science Club Meet was held in B.M Das Hall in CLRI Chennai on 02.05.2009. As usual Dr. M.R. Sridharan, the Science Club convener for the past 8 years welcomed the gathering for this informal regular meeting.

Mrs. R. Venba, Scientist, Leather Processing Division, CLRI who supposed to present on Instrumental Techniques in Leather Dyeing could not make it up today.
It has been announced that Dr. N. Mathivanan has completed 1 year as the co convener of the club. Dr. Mathivanan has talked about his intimacy with the Club for years and the benefits of the club. He and Convener M.R. Sridharan insisted that there should be more participation of students. The meeting has ended only at 2 o clock and later has dispersed for lunch after the group photo.
